NATTOS processes audit-form contact details to reply to clinic owners. Clinic production systems are hosted in the EU. Patient chat logs store the minimum needed to book: name, phone, preferred time. No journal data and no personal identity numbers are sent to the language model. A data processing agreement is signed before go-live.
